Can I show my opening hours and public holiday changes?
Yes. Opening hours are on the home page, and your free monthly update can change them, for example for a public holiday.
Do I need to list every product?
No. Most shops list their main categories and services, such as groceries, drinks, lotto and takeaways, and add featured products or specials in the monthly update.
Can customers order online?
The standard website shows who you are, where you are and when you are open, and takes enquiries. If you want ordering or delivery requests, tell us and we will explain what is possible before any work starts.
How much does a website cost with 3Novena?
Websites start from $200 + GST a month ($230 including GST). That covers the design and build, your domain, hosting and server maintenance, one business email address on your domain and one free website update every month. There is no separate build fee.
Is there a contract?
The first contract is for 3 months, billed upfront ($600 + GST). After that you are billed monthly in advance.
